850 - Cold glue - for flat surfaces
Hardener 850 is a cold hardener that can be used on flat surfaces.
It is normally used in such cases:
- For catalysing coloured or colourless enamels without oven-drying
- For resinating zappon-type primers, varnishes, inks, glues or other (primers that may create reaction problems using other hardeners)
- For a soft and flexible enamel, mixed with the colourless clear coat T804
Warning
- Due to the high density of hardener 850, the mixture tends to incorporate air.
- In order to eliminate any bubbles that may form, quickly and thoroughly flame the newly laid enamel.
Methods of use
- Doses by weight:
Enamels 100 g
Hardeners 60 g - Oven drying:
24 hours cold (min. 23°C)
or
90 minutes at 80°C
