The C500 PLC manual centrifuge is designed for the production of large subjects: moulds up to 500 mm diameter can be accommodated between its plates.
It combines ease of use with exceptional mechanical strength to return excellent results with substantial masses.
Spin casting
Manual centrifuges are used for mass production of a variety of objects by centrifugal casting into silicone rubber molds (spin casting).It combines ease of use with exceptional mechanical strength to return excellent results with substantial masses.
The material in its liquid state is manually poured into a rubber funnel. From here it reaches the rotating rubber mold.
