With manually operated pump
Press with manual pump to make rubber molds up to 400 mm diameter. The vulcanizer houses the molding box between the two heated plates. The rubber, which once vulcanized will make up the mold, is housed inside the molding box. The electronic timer manages the vulcanization time.

Instrumentation and controls
- Aluminum plates heat and press the molding box uniformly, resulting in always perfect molds.
- Digital pyrometer ensures precise temperature control, avoiding wasted energy.
- The manually operated hydraulic pump (fig 1 ) provides progressive and precise control over the pressure to be applied to the molding box.
- The electronic timer manages curing times.
