Press with motorized pump to make rubber molds up to 400 mm diameter. The vulcanizer houses the molding box between the two heated plates. The rubber, which once vulcanized will make up the mold, is housed inside the moulding box.

The aluminum plates heat and press the molding box uniformly, resulting in always perfect molds. The digital pyrometer ensures precise temperature control, avoiding wasted energy. Motorized hydraulic pump controls the rise of the bottom plate and exerts the necessary pressure on the molding box. Electronic timer manages curing times.
